Juvenile health consultations
Your pet’s requirements continue to change as they progress from a puppy/kitten into an adult. To help provide you with the best information for your pet we offer a FREE consultation with one of our nurses when your pet reaches 6 months of age.
This is a great opportunity for you to discuss any queries you may have including:
- feeding regimes
- flea control
- worming control
- neutering
- behaviour
Senior health consultations
From 7 years of age pets enter their more senior years. Classically as our pets age they can acquire 'old age' conditions such as arthritis, kidney disease or diabetes. With early detection and some preventative measures we can help minimise the risk of/or manage such conditions so that we can improve your pets quantity and quality of life.
Statistically 1 in 10 senior pets which appear healthy to their owners show abnormalities in wellness blood screening.
We offer FREE consultations with one of our qualified veterinary nurses for pets over 7 years old. We look closely at your pet and their daily activities, evaluate any changes and address any concerns you may have.
Puppy Parties
Puppies vaccinated with The Veterinary Centre are invited to FREE party sessions on a Tuesday evening between 7.00-7.45pm at our Redruth vet surgery.
These interactive sessions provide an opportunity for your puppy to socialise with others within their age group and for you to gain knowledge on caring for you puppy.
